• Lifetime Structural Warranty (does not include LED Lamps).

• Does not include shroud and directional adjustment components (5 Year Warranty).

Aluminium and Composite Non Integrated Fixtures

• 10  Year Warranty (does not include LED Lamps).

• Does not include shroud and directional adjustment components (5 Year Warranty).

• Does not include glass lenses (5 Year Warranty).

Integrated Fixtures (Ledge Lights and Fixtures with Integrated Non Replaceable LED Lamps)

• Five (5) years on all Integrated Fixtures.  Please see below for warranty exceptions.

Underwater Fixtures

• Five (5) years on all underwater fixtures (excludes LED lamps).  Please see below for warranty exceptions.

 

Transformers and Timers

• Ten (10) years on all Lunenwise Transformers, as long as the original consumer purchaser or commercial purchaser owns the transformer for the housing.

• One (1) year on WIFI modules

• 2 Years on all digital and mechanical timers

Accessories

• ​2 Year Warranty on all accessory products such as mounting fixtures and stakes (excludes electrical components and WIFI modules)​

LED Lamps

Warranty Does Not Cover the Following:

 

• Mishandling, abuse, cosmetic damage, or damage due to acts of God, misuse, negligence or modification to any part of the product.

• Damage due to failure to follow directions regarding the operation or installation of the product, and also does not cover connection to improper power-supply (more than 24 volts), lightning strike, hot-plugging (electrical overstress), other power surges, any other primary side (line voltage) problem, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by Lumenwise to repair the product.

• Shipping for returns or repairs. Shipping and handling charges, both ways, are the responsibility of the sender.

• Although Lumenwise uses the highest quality finish available, some fading or chalking may occur and is considered normal due to environmental factors. For coastal locations, some corrosion and/or deterioration is considered “normal wear” in this environment. Therefore, any finish claim due to coastal environment conditions is not applicable to our warranty.
